So here’s the skinny on the not so skinny guy in the photograph. I started working in youth ministry in Titusville FL, at Park Avenue Baptist Church when I graduated highschool and have been doing that in some shape or fashion for the past 14 years. I met and married the most beautiful girl in the world in 2003/4 and we welcomed Magdalene Reese into our family in 2008. January 13, 2010 Isabella Ruth joined our world and the joys of living in a house full of women continue. =)

We currently in the process of moving to Central Baptist Church in White Hall, AR where we will serve as their Youth pastor.

I have a passion for being used to transform the lives of young people as they find their hope in the person of Jesus. I try hard to think outside the normal Bible belt church box, and I thank God for allowing me to be a bit weird. See weird people are more fun! I often dream of being a super hero, and then realize that if you work in youth ministry you already are. Cause kinda like Superman if we’re doing it right we’re saving lives on a regular basis. Which is why I started this blog, cause if you can benefit from the ideas and random philosophies God gives me then pull up a chair at the Justice League table and lets get busy!
